Technical Difficulties
If you experience any technical difficulties when using the courses, please contact the Intellexis Customer Support team at support@intellexis.com. Support requests will be responded to within one working day of receipt of request.

Wherever possible, please provide the following details:

  • Which version of Microsoft Windows you are running (Win9x/WinME/Win2k/WinXP)
  • Which browser you are using
  • The nature of the problem you experienced, and where it occurred
  • Any error messages which may have been displayed

Please note that the Intellexis Customer Support team is available from Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm, excluding UK bank holidays.
